At Kitchen Utensils Sale, we stand behind our commercial-grade equipment with the same confidence professional chefs have in our Browne Foodservice products and Advance Tabco shelving. If your purchase doesn’t meet your kitchen’s standards, we’ll make it right.

1. Return & Exchange Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery for most items, provided they are:

  • In original, resalable condition
  • In original packaging with all accessories
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items:

Due to hygiene and safety standards, the following cannot be returned:

  • Cast Iron Cookware (used items)
  • Browne Foodservice Flatware (opened packages)
  • Blenders with broken seals
  • Custom or special-order shelving units

2. Return Process

Follow these steps to return commercial kitchen equipment:

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

  • Your order number
  • Item(s) to be returned
  • Reason for return
  • Whether you prefer exchange or refund

Step 2: Receive Authorization

Within 2 business days, we’ll email:

  • Return authorization number (RMA)
  • Shipping instructions
  • Return address (our warehouse at 2917 Parkway Drive, Tucson, US 85705)

Step 3: Ship Your Return

For heavy equipment like Advance Tabco Shelving or Browne Foodservice Buffet items:

  • Use original packaging when possible
  • Include all hardware and accessories
  • Ship via trackable method (we recommend DHL/FedEx for international returns)

3. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refund Method: Original payment (Visa/MasterCard/JCB/PayPal)
  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days after inspection
  • Bank Posting: Additional 3-10 business days depending on your financial institution

Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. For exchanges, we’ll cover standard shipping costs for the replacement item.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

For damaged commercial cookware or defective equipment:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include photos of the damage/defect
  • We’ll arrange expedited replacement at no cost

5. International Returns

For customers outside the U.S. (excluding restricted regions):

  • You’re responsible for return shipping costs
  • Customs forms must be marked “Returned Goods”
  • Refunds exclude original shipping and any import fees

Commercial Buyer Note:

Restaurants and foodservice businesses with Net-30 accounts may process returns through their account manager. Tax-exempt organizations should include documentation with returns.
