This Cooper-Atkins® Thermocouple Probe is a Type K and can be used to monitor food while it cooks in an enclosed oven. It has a temperature range of -40°F to 500°F with a 2 second response time in liquid. The durable cable with stainless steel overbraid will withstand most oven door closures.
