Browne Foodservice 5814160 Thermalloy® 60 Qt. Aluminum Stock Pot

This Browne Foodservice large 60 quart stock pot is made using Thermalloy® aluminum that helps transfer heat evenly for great results. Great for stocks, soups, or chili. The handles are riveted on so you know they will provide a sure grip. For best results, Thermalloy® aluminum cookware should be pre‐seasoned prior to use. Pre‐seasoning Instructions: After cleaning and drying, coat the cookware lightly with vegetable oil or a small amount of shortening. Place on medium heat burner for 10 to 15 minutes until light smoke appears. Turn off heat and allow pan to cool and wipe off excess oil with a paper towel.
