This Thermalloy® double boiler pot from Browne Foodservice has a capacity of 16 quarts and is made from durable aluminum with a lustrous satin finish. It features oversized handles that are securely fastened with heavy‐duty rivets. This standard weight double boiler set is NSF listed and perfect for use in busy kitchens. Pre‐seasoning Instructions: After cleaning and drying, coat the cookware lightly with vegetable oil or a small amount of shortening. Place on medium heat burner for 10 to 15 minutes until light smoke appears. Turn off heat and allow pan to cool and wipe off excess oil with a paper towel.
