Browne Foodservice 573775 Thermalloy® S/S 8″ Non-Stick Fry Pan

This Thermalloy® non‐stick fry pan features Excalibur® non‐stick coating and is perfect for use in professional kitchens. It is made of heavy duty stainless steel construction and includes a limited lifetime warranty. This non‐stick fry pan is 8″ wide and is induction capable. For best results, Thermalloy® stainless steel cookware should be pre‐seasoned prior to use. Pre‐seasoning Instructions: After cleaning and drying, coat the cookware lightly with vegetable oil or a small amount of shortening. Place on medium heat burner for 10 to 15 minutes until light smoke appears. Turn off heat and allow pan to cool and wipe off excess oil with a paper towel.
