Browne Foodservice 5724096 Thermalloy Excalibur 8″ Non-Stick Fry Pan

This Thermalloy® Excalibur® non‐stick fry pan from Browne is 8″ in diameter and 1.5″ deep. It is perfect for use in the busiest kitchens and features 3 layers of metal that are seamlessly bonded together. The bottom layer is stainless steel with a mid layer of aluminum and a top layer of stainless steel alloy with superior thermal conductivity. This fry pan has a “stay cool” hollow handle and is suitable for use on gas, electric, ceramic, induction and halogen heat sources.
