This Thermalloy® Tri‐Ply stainless steel fry pan from Browne is perfect for use in the busiest kitchens. It features 3 layers of metal that are seamlessly bonded together. The bottom layer is stainless steel with a mid layer of aluminum and a top layer of stainless steel alloy with superior thermal conductivity. This fry pan has a “stay cool” hollow handle and is suitable for use on gas, electric, ceramic, induction and halogen heat sources.
