Browne Foodservice 5724054 Thermalloy® S/S 14″ Frying Pan

This 14″ frying pan has the heavy duty Thermalloy® stainless steel construction. The bottom is made of aluminum for even heat distribution and better results. The hollow handle stays cool to help prevent burns and the bowl is extra‐deep, making it easier to flip food without spilling. For best results, Thermalloy® stainless steel cookware should be pre‐seasoned prior to use. Pre‐seasoning Instructions: After cleaning and drying, coat the cookware lightly with vegetable oil or a small amount of shortening. Place on medium heat burner for 10 to 15 minutes until light smoke appears. Turn off heat and allow pan to cool and wipe off excess oil with a paper towel.
